Kema 250-12 is a high-performance pipeline repair sealant engineered for fast, reliable field repairs without the need for full pipeline excavation, unlike traditional wax tapes, hot- and cold-applied tape wraps, or viscoelastic systems.
Ideal for FBE and liquid epoxy coating repairs where two-part epoxy systems are impractical due to surface preparation requirements, temperature limitations, or extended curing times, Kema 250-12 provides immediate protection with no curing required. Its ultra-thick 250-mil enhanced PIB sealant conforms easily to rough and irregular surfaces, including aged coal tar coatings, helping eliminate air entrapment that can lead to water ingress and corrosion.
Fully modular and highly adaptable, Kema 250-12 is compatible with YJ®, PE, polyurethane, and other common pipeline coating systems.
